By using GlowSafe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

General Planning Only

GlowSafe provides general sun-planning and awareness information. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed sun protection. Always use your own judgment and follow professional health guidance when making decisions about sun exposure, sunscreen, heat, hydration, and outdoor activity.

Forecasts and Estimates

UV forecasts, sun timing, burn risk estimates, Vitamin D estimates, exposure estimates, session estimates, and alerts are based on available forecast data and your selected profile settings. Forecasts and estimates may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or different from real-world conditions.

Your Settings and Sessions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile settings, sunscreen preferences, clothing, environment, activity type, saved locations, and session details you enter. GlowSafe outputs depend on those settings.

Premium Features

Some features, including premium 10-day UV forecasts, custom planning tools, and alerts, may require a paid plan or in-app purchase. Availability and feature details may change over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GlowSafe, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or harms other people.

Service Availability

GlowSafe may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Weather, forecast, location, notification, and Live Activity features may depend on device settings, network access, operating system behavior, and third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowSafe is provided without warranties of any kind. GlowSafe is not liable for decisions made based on app information, outdoor conditions, weather changes, sun exposure, sunscreen use, heat, hydration, or related activities.

These terms may be updated as GlowSafe changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
